Relaxation exercises are intended to be experiences that invite the listener to go inside, slow down, breathe and become present. Some have words that will guide you toward mindfulness. Others use music and vibration to lead you into a meditative state. Some are just a few minutes and others intentionally longer. Our goal is to provide you with a diverse sampling.
